MS4 Communities
MS4 stands for Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System, and refers to the system that is used to collect and transport stormwater within a community (e.g., pipes, drains, ditches, etc.). In Kentucky, 106 communities are regulated as MS4s in 32 counties. The county map above identifies the 32 MS4 counties.
